TUITION & POLICIES

Registration and Tuition Payments

Registration is first come, first served. TexARTS accepts tuition payments made by check, bank debit card, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover). Returned checks will incur a $35 fee. If payment is later than 30 days, classes will be suspended until balance is settled. All tuition fees are nonrefundable; classes cannot be dropped. TexARTS is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Students left unattended for more than five minutes after class, will incur a $15 late pickup fee. Children under ten years of age must be accompanied to and from the entryway of the TexARTS facility by an adult. Once outside of the TexARTS facility, the welfare of the student is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian. TexARTS reserves the right to cancel camps, classes, or programs at its sole discretion. If that event occurs, TexARTS will refund the purchase amount, prorated.

All students are encouraged to participate in TexARTS' annual showcase, held May 13-14, 2017. There is a $50 per student or $70 per family showcase participation fee. This fee is nonrefundable and includes two showcase tickets (a $30 value).

Costumes for the annual showcase are $60 per costume. There is not a costume fee for acting and voice students.
