TexArts produces local professional theater of the utmost quality employing union and non-union performers from New York, Los Angeles and throughout Austin and surrounding areas. TexARTS delivers inspiring, engaging and memorable theatrical experiences. TexARTS professional shows are produced in the Kam and James Morris Theatre, housed in the Doherty Family Studios. Since the production of critically acclaimed "Always... Patsy Cline" as the Morris Theatre's inaugural show, TexARTS has enjoyed success with many other productions, including Golf The Musical!, Nunsense and Ain't Misbehavin'. TexARTS has established itself as an off-the-beaten-path entertainment destination, nestled just outside of downtown Austin, providing lake area communities with high quality entertainment in their own back yard.
