Jerome is the two-time Emmy Award winning creator, producer and star of the popular PBS children’s television series The Biscuit Brothers. He has spent his entire career working in arts education and most recently served as the Managing Director of The Biscuit Brothers Fine Arts Farm, a nonprofit arts organization that served hundreds of South Austin students.

He has served as a Fine Arts Coordinator for Children for the City of Austin, where he helped to conceive and implement a nationally recognized youth at risk fine arts program called, “Totally Cool, Totally Art.”

An accomplished musician, Jerome will also serve as the music director for the TexARTS Professional Series upcoming production of A Closer Walk With Patsy Cline. As a performer, he has been seen on stages throughout the state including a stint as a lead writer and performer for Texas’ longest-running comedy show, Esther’s Follies. He created and managed the annual Austin Family Music Festival – a successful multi-media event that continues to entertain children of all ages and has grown year after year.
