Board of Directors

TexARTS Association, a nonprofit organization, operates under the guidance of a volunteer only professional Board of Directors which provides oversight on organizational, fiduciary and legal matters. The Board works hand in hand with TexARTS’ staff on deciding what is best for the company in the short- and long-term. The Board is an essential and invaluable part of the success and growth of TexARTS, providing and seeking out financial resources, networking with other professionals and donors in order to advance company goals and providing professional expertise in areas such as marketing, fundraising, legal issues, finance and general business management. TexARTS welcomes new candidates to the Board.
