Val is a diverse artist who has worked in varying capacities across 23 states 14 countries. New to Austin this Fall, she is thrilled to add Texas to the list!
Val is an experienced Arts-Educator, having worked with students of all ages in NYC, Cincinnati, Ohio, Pittsburgh, Pa, and beyond. She most recently served as the program director of The Henry Mancini Academy (Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center, Midland, PA) where she oversaw performing arts education programming for over 200 students at 6 sites.

As a performer, Val has worked Off Broadway, Regionally, and Internationally including:
Something For The Boys (Chiquita Hart, Lion Theater, NYC) , Finian’s Rainbow (Featured Ensemble, Irish Repertory Theater, NYC), A Christmas Carol (Mrs. Cratchit, Town Hall, NYC), Smokey Joe’s Cafe (Pattie,Palace Theater, NH), Light Princess, (The Queen- an original work of sensory friendly theater, Jumping Jack Theater Co. Pittsburgh, PA) and THIS OCTOBER she is thrilled to make her Tex-Arts performance debut as Laura Warwick in Agatha Christie’s “The Unexpected Guest”.
Val has also performed as a featured vocalist with The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra & Norwegian Cruise Line, and can be heard on CDs and voiceover work including:
Broadway’s Carols for a Cure 15, ESL Series “English Crayon”, and her original CD: Songs For Young Whippersnappers (available on ITunes & beyond).
Val also manages a production company specializing in vintage-inspired entertainment: Vintageous Productions and her first children’s book: “Dilber, The Cranky Banana” will be published this fall in collaboration with Old Mate Media.
Val holds a BFA from the University of Cincinnati (CCM) in Musical Theater Performance and continuing education credits from City College of NY in Early Childhood Education.
